Our values

PODJST grew from JST Fulfill's operational base, so our values are grounded in practical product work: samples, QC, packing, and delivery expectations.

Make it clear

Sellers should understand product options, sample steps, production limits, and shipping expectations before they start.

Sample before scale

Custom products should be reviewed before sellers commit to larger campaigns or inventory decisions.

Respect the details

Artwork placement, materials, labels, packing, and address details all affect the customer experience.

Support real sellers

We build for creators, Shopify sellers, Etsy shops, agencies, and small brands working with real budgets and timelines.

Stay practical

We avoid big promises and focus on product, production, QC, packaging, and fulfillment steps that can be checked.

Improve the route

We keep improving supported production and delivery routes for eligible products where available.

Our Story

The idea for PODJST started while our founder was studying at a university in the United States. He kept seeing creators and ecommerce sellers with strong product ideas, but the hard part came after the idea: samples, artwork checks, production, quality control, packaging, and shipping.

PODJST grew from that gap. Built with JST Fulfill's sourcing and fulfillment foundation, we focus on helping sellers test custom products before they scale. The work is practical: find the right product route, review the sample, check the production details, pack the order properly, and keep the seller informed.

We are still building, but our direction is clear: make custom product testing feel less confusing and more operationally ready for small brands.

We Help Sellers Make Four Key Decisions
