Infrastructure providers support account, database, storage, email, and security functions.
Production and delivery providers vary by product, destination, and approved route.
Merchant-selected sales channels can act as independent controllers under their own terms rather than PODJST subprocessors.
Named Infrastructure Providers
The applicable contracting entity and processing location can depend on the PODJST account configuration and the provider's regional terms.
- Supabase: database, authentication, account data, operational records, and application infrastructure; processing locations depend on the configured project region.
- Cloudflare R2: object storage for product media, uploaded files, and related application assets; Cloudflare network and storage locations can be global or region-dependent.
- Zoho: business email, support correspondence, and related mail delivery or retrieval; location depends on the configured Zoho data center and account terms.
Production and Fulfillment Providers
PODJST uses eligible printing, customization, quality control, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment providers selected for the approved product and route. They receive only the order, artwork, recipient, and instruction data needed for their task.
Because provider selection is product- and route-specific, the relevant provider can be identified in an order, quote, support response, or merchant request where disclosure is permitted by contract.
Carriers and Delivery Networks
Postal operators, parcel carriers, freight providers, customs agents, and last-mile networks process recipient and shipment data under the rules applicable to the selected route. Some act as independent controllers for transport and legal obligations.
Merchant-Selected Platforms
Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN, and other merchant-selected channels process data under their own agreements. They are not automatically PODJST subprocessors merely because a merchant authorizes an integration.
Changes and Objections
PODJST may add or replace providers as services change. The updated date on this page identifies the current published list. A merchant with a reasonable data-protection concern can contact PODJST before sending new affected data.
